When Ryan first started in logistics he was looking for fast-paced environment and a field that is consistently growing and changing. He says, 鈥淟ogistics forces you to stay up to date and learn constantly.鈥� Now in his day to day Ryan is in the business of people development. He works extremely hard on fostering a sales culture, visiting with customers, and growing the business. Ryan says he loves working at 17草视频 because of the culture and the people that work here. He says, 鈥淓very person here plays a part in the growth and success of 17草视频. Working hard pays off here and you are rewarded for it.鈥� Ultimately, Ryan accredits his success to his grandmother saying, 鈥淪he started working at a small-town bank as a teller and worked her way up to the president of the bank with no college degree. She worked her way up the ladder by hard work and dedication.鈥� And every day, he lives by his favorite quote, 鈥淭here is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs.鈥�
