Dear valued partner,
17²ÝÊÓƵ has continued to monitor the evolving circumstances surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to the safety of our customers, business partners and employees as our top priority. As we quickly adapt to the situation, we want to assure you that we have successfully tested and validated our continuity plan for the pandemic over the past 48 hours to ensure that our customers and carriers experience no interruption in the service amid the evolving situation.
17²ÝÊÓƵ has been in communication with our response teams for the past week, from our IT services group to our management teams to ensure that you continue to receive the best service and communication that you are used to receiving from our 17²ÝÊÓƵ employees. We have been listening to advice from other organizations and have brought in outside resources to disinfect our working spaces, make sure that our employees are practicing social distancing and have enacted travel restrictions for all teams until further notice. Throughout this process, 17²ÝÊÓƵ has been implementing new procedures. If there is a need to close the offices within our network, we have worked diligently over the past few days to ensure that our employees can work remotely. All employees will have access to all systems from home during this time; email, phones, TMS and tracking technology to ensure that your freight continues to be picked and delivered in a timely fashion.
As the situation continues to evolve, 17²ÝÊÓƵ will be monitoring it closely and will continue to follow the guidelines from the CDC and World Health Organizations. We understand that this is a challenging situation for all that are involved through the supply chain. We trust that with our current strategy and continuity plan, providing uninterrupted service for our customers and carriers will continue.
If you have any questions at all, please contact your 17²ÝÊÓƵ consultant or call us at 888-440-1888.
Wishing you and your families health and safety.
