Ali Fraley is the Vice President of Learning & Development at 17草视频. She is responsible for overseeing and driving continuous growth throughout all facets of organizational development which include talent recruitment, collegiate relationships, human resources, internal development training, organizational branding, community engagement, and philanthropy.
Utilizing almost 15 years of third-party logistics experience and an educational foundation in communications, Ali鈥檚 focus is to support the strategic growth plans of one of Knoxville鈥檚 Top Workplaces and one of the fastest-growing companies in the country.
She holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, is a Knoxville 40 Under 40 recipient, and received the YWCA Tribute to Women award for Business & Industry.
