Last week we wrapped up Q1 for 2024, and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past three months at 17草视频.

In the first part of this year alone, we have welcomed 70 new faces to the 17草视频 team. This growth has not only been possible, but more importantly efficient, due to our new 6-week training program: 17草视频 Launchpad.
The 17草视频 Launchpad program is designed to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge to hit the ground running. Over the course of six weeks, they undergo focused training, covering everything from modes of service to pricing tools and operations to customer sales and account development.
The success of the 17草视频 Launchpad training program has been a great tool for our company, creating efficiencies and empowering our team to confidently navigate the market. The addition of these new hires and the investment 17草视频 is making with people and buildings allows us to do what we do best, attack the market and grow market share.

This achievement is a testament to the collective hard work, dedication, and passion each of you brings to our organization. I am genuinely excited to witness the future accomplishments of this extraordinary group.
While we celebrate a good first quarter of 2024, there is still much more in store for us. We are on the road to hit many more milestones, and productivity and teamwork from across the entire organization is required to hit these goals. I am confident we have the team to make this happen.
